For the past 5 years, I have been immersed in a yoga and wellness lifestyle. Along with yoga, I have taught Raw/Superfoods and Nutrition courses at Healing Arts Centers, Organic Food Co-ops, and to private clients. My life studies are centered in Healing and Wellness. I have trained intensively with senior yoga instructors in the traditions of Anusara, Iyengar, Bikram, Forrest, Baptiste, Sivananda, and PranaFlow.
I have also attended several intensives with master instructors such Shiva Ray, Jaime Allison, Mike Matsumara, Brock and Krista Cahill, Master William Martino, and Darren Main.
As my understanding of yoga broadens, I continue to develop special classes, workshops, and retreats throughout Colorado and beyond. I am enthusiastic and motivated, supporting health and wellness, and creating community while striving to keep my instruction accessible and enjoyable.
